The sauna facilities were a welcome retreat after a long day.
I was disappointed with the bed situation-two twin beds pushed together instead of a proper double. It made for an uncomfortable night. The air conditioning was malfunctioning, leading to a restless evening, and I had to call reception at 2 AM to resolve it. Lastly, the breakfast options lacked variety and quality, leaving a lot to be desired.

Wonderful breakfast - a good choice of meals. Compact hotel units with bathroom, an actual tub plus a double bed.

Warm welcome, very helpful staff, the best location you can ask. Bilingual employees.
For the guests who still use internet via PC, there is a free of charge internet service station, but it works very very very slow.

The location is superb, being right in the heart of Bregenz near shops and the beautiful Bodensee. The breakfast was a standout feature, with a varied selection including fresh local produce and the option for fried eggs, good.
Ventilation could improve.

The hotel met needs well, I would return anytime. Everything was good, breakfast was particularly good. The location was great, a 10-15 minute walk from Bregenz Festival. It was also short walk to the mountain as well as the Promenade. The service was friendly, no complains at all.

Our stay was enjoyable, especially the breakfast which was the best I've had, and the dinner we had at the restaurant was delicious, but the room could've used some updates.

the window was at the same level as the outside terrace which made the opening of the window during the night impossible as everybody could have stepped in easily. unfortunately, the room was terribly hot (no air-condition) and the window needed to stay closed. not very pleasant. the breakfast buffet was fair.

They had a great breakfast and were very accommodating when we had to add another bed. Parking is convenient and hotel staff were helpful for providing recommendations. Very convenient to the waterfront.

The hotel offers a superb location, just minutes from the harbor, with access to sightseeing and dining. A highlight was the really good breakfast with fresh, local products and delicious desserts. The room's air conditioning did not perform well was good, and communication could've been clearer, as I initially struggled to find my way around the amenities. A bit of noise from the nearby streets was also a concern.

City-centre hotel only a couple of minutes walk from the lake and only 10 minutes walk to the station. Close to shops and restaurants. Parking right under the hotel is very convenient, if a little expensive. Excellent breakfast. Room was absolutely fine and it was very quiet at the back of the hotel - no street noise even with window open. Good value for city centre hotel mid-week (70 euros per night for a single room).
Decoration is a bit soulless. Smoking is allowed in the bar (no doubt a plus point for smokers!) which means that the smell of smoke permeates the staircase and reception area as it is open plan.

Just a commendable fit for a hurried visit in Bregenz with excellent value for money. The breakfast spread was impressively varied, with fresh local produce that really stands out. Take advantage of the air conditioning during the hotter months.

clean, quiet with breakfast included. good restaurant on site.
no toiletries in the bathroom such as bar soap for the shower, shower cap, hand lotion. the shower area did include a dispenser for a 'one-product' shampoo and body wash. i prefer separate products. also, as a visitor from the USA, i do not understand how to take a shower and not get the floor covered with water as there is no shower curtain. i like to treat hotel rooms like my own home and covering the floor of a 3rd floor room with water does not seem like a good idea.
